What do you like best about the leadership team?
Better rewards, Universal, where I also work, gives out $5 gift cards for Wawa, Starbucks and Best buy for awards for good performance. Lèaders need to give thanks to the cast daily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need a better annual raise program, I know that the unions set this but the bargaining system creates a very hostile environment and keeps the us vs them attitudes bitter.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again, thE single biggest challenge is raising wages, it's too hard to make ends meet and working 50 to 60 hours a week is demoralizing, no sense of a balance of life vs work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers have to support each other, set everyone up for succes, keep a positime attitude, understand that the company is a company and it tries to look out for the overall benefit of all its employees. But the company has to do better on wages.
