Compensation could be better depending on where you are stationed, but overall, the benefits combined with the wages and other compensation are fair.

It is just a fun place to work. The environment is always changing based on the guests that are in the park each day.

The cast at Walt Disney World is truly structured as a Team! It is a "first name" based company and cast members take pride in the ownership of the environment that is provided for the guests.
