Everyone at Disney is on a first name basis, and there is a pride about being a part of Disney (like getting to work with the different pieces of Disney, like Marvel)

The actual work I'm doing can be stressful at times, but it is the role and career path I wanted when applying for jobs. My job can be challenging, but it's helping drive decisions for one of the largest and most impactful corporations in the world.
