Overall, it is a wonderful place to work but often the guests do not see us a people and verbally and sometimes physically abuse us when things don't go their way.

My co-workers and making memories for my guests.

Understanding the roles the cast members and what challenges they face in order to better help them succeed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was offered a job at the end of the interview. I did not have to wait and wonder how I did.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cast members face all kinds of physical demands and it would be nice if they were compensated for things like comfortable shoes and prescription benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all understand the challenges each of us face on a daily basis and it creates a bond between us. We know how each other feels.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are bound together by the same goal, to make the experience for our guests the best and memorable. We help each other to achieve that goal.
