Everyone has a specific task but will help someone else accomplish their task if needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
5 weeks vacation per year and 5 days sick time per year. Both can be taken in hourly (or less) increments.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was so long ago I can't recall it. But I do remember feeling good when I left the interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow me the freedom to do the job my way as long as guidelines are met. If I need help, they are happy to provide the guidance I need to accomplish my task.
