I like the people i work with and I like my benefits, but there are a few things that are stressful, scheduling doesn't always work with your availability and guest can be rude. Being paid terribly generally does not motivate me to do any better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My department (Foods) is one of the lowest paid positions in the park, if I was paid better I would feel much better.
