I am underpaid for what I do. I have an excellent group of peers and a great boss. However the executive team is subpar and focused only on the short term, which leads to a high turnover rate amongst the better performers.

Great eye and dental coverage. I have children so this is very important for me.

I have awesome coworkers. We really work well as a team, even when we disagree.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the Cast are positive, even when things aren't going well. A lot of the people that work there really want the Guests to feel welcome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is awesome! He tries to shield us from most of the negative things that come from above. He always tries to showcase our talents and gives us credit for all we do.
