Very happy there. I would prefer there be less politics. It's not really encouraged at the company, but there are still people who play the game of walking on others to get ahead. Mostly though, people at the company work hard and let recognition happen naturally.

Salaries in line with our competitors.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. Creative and fun atmosphere. Great place full of great people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Genuinely care and have an interest in seeing others do well. At least at my division.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Excitement about the projects. Friendly and creative people. Seems to follow thought that if the people are creative and enjoying the work, it shows up on the screen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
In my situation, it was quick. Though I know others have applied to other divisions and it took forever. Not great. If people apply to a listing for a job, they typically need work to provide for themselves and/or their families. Should be a faster process. That would be more respectful.
