Bittersweet. What was once an exciting and fun place to be has slowly turned to a miserable and often hysterical environment with high emotions and lack of empathy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their willingness to assist when needed in times of schedule change.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to understand that the individuals who work here are people and not machines.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter was very interested in my experience as well as why I cared so much for the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It seems more and more that the individual is less and less valued unless every task they do is contributing to higher numbers and higher financial gain.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers should understand that we are adults and personal feelings and personal politics should not be present in the work place. We should be here to work, not always attack each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In smaller companies people who do the same work as me make almost double what I make. My opinions and concerns are not taken seriously and in most cases my Leaders are just looking out for themselves.
