Overall I love my company. It's long history outshines the dread that's consumed it and the inept leadership currently at the helm. I hope people start seeing them for the parasites they are and demand action to help those who really need help. Ten million dollar bonuses are not needed at the top
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers are nice enough. However it could do a better job at filtering out those who drag us down
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop taking millions in salary and tens of millions in bonuses when your employees are living in their cars and on the streets to get by. Your gluttony is disgusting
What are some of the best things about your team?
We...the people on the ground level, are a team. Those above us call us family while ignoring us face to face. But those who make them look good understand that we, separate from the executives, are the tru family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I won't say what's most positive about the company culture because it means nothing in comparison to how we are treated. You can't get people to buy into your business layout when you can't even treat them with decency. The positivity is too overshadowed. The executives are in the shadowlands.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I get cursed at, spat on, and my life threatened for trying to enforce policies. My leadership does the best they can with the paltry tools they've been given. We are overworked and understaffed, and this is coming from the team that brings in the most money for our line of business in our park.
