I get to work with a lot of smart people who are all committed to working toward the same mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accesible and try to be as transparent as possible in keeping people informed about what is going on internally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a great brand and product that we get to support. That in and of itself helps keep things a little more positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not in alignment with other companies in the industry. Benefits are used as a carrot to balance but those don't equal either.
