Small teams work extremely well. However management tend to setup team without proper knowledge.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

transparency and make meetings more meaningful not just a random show up.

This area is not really an issue except that the majority of experienced people are now gone so most at TR are very new & inexperienced.

Need to show more professionalism

Most co-workers are contractors with little to no experience. I often end up having to do their job and my own just to get things done.

Bring back the US co-workers so that the US workers don't have to deal with idiots from Mexico and Asia.

They need to stop kissing the company's ass when they know the company doesn't care about them.

We have entirely too many meetings. The push to get back in the office is baffling when many people spend the day on the phone and stressed in a cubicle or office instead of at home on the phone.

stop the back stabbing and just do your job - no focus on the customer at all

I´ve been worked since by on-boarding from home, so it´s difficult build relationships.

They need to be more curious, set agendas for meetings, and stay on-topic.
