Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes i feel VERY unvalued. I have a voice and EVERY TIME i speak up about anything, i get dismissed and ignored.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
i worked the overnight shift. there is never a meeting about anything. the work placement is out of control and no one is saying anything about it. the new employees are disrespectful towards the veterans thats been working there. and management refused to do anything about it.
