It was really nice to work at, until the managers started pushing credit cards. People got so stressed from it, that they started leaving quickly. There also was poor management. One manager was so unprofessional and would insult your work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To communicate better and to understand the needs of their associates and adjust to their needs. (Some people at my workplace had mental disabilities and they didn't really seem to work with them.)
