Constant pressure to meet credit card goals, no appreciation at all from upper management. I was actually told by my district manager, "We don't care about sales, we only care about Rewards."

What are some of the best things about your team?

Good support at store level, none whatever at district level or higher.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating associates with respect and compassion. Their pandemic response has been shockingly cruel.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It all comes back to the credit card and the corporate mindset behind it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More concern for people as human beings, not just as interchangeable vehicles for credit card promotion.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was hired at a mass hiring event for a new store opening so my experience was different from the average new hire today.
