Negative. There is poor managment. Poor communication. Gossip. Toxic and hostile work environment due to certian managers and coworkers. Favortism as well.

They dont discrimate against people.

Communication and creating a more positive and friendly/ welcoming environment for employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see some of my coworkers that i enjoy talking to and making money.

Communication and being more friendly and not so passive aggresive. Being more of a team player.

The manager was nice, friendly and proffesional. Did not make me feel judged. Explained things well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My managers make me feel unappreciated and not valued at work. They do not communicate well with me or other associates. I end up working way more than what i get paid to do. Certian managers have caused me to feel unwelcome. They do not pay well enough for all you have to do.
