What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better communication and not gossiping.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was not bad. The manager that interviewd me was professional and polite. He explained things well and was good at communicating.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and making their employees feel like actual human beings and like they are welcome there. They need to be more friendly and less hostile. Stop the gossip. Stop acting superior over other associates.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need to pay their associates better. The pay is not good at all for all the work that you have to do. Especially with inflation and prices going up the pay needs to be raised. The managers need to do better and treat associates better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued becuase of how certian managers have treated me and they created such a hostile enviorment that i never wanted to show up to work. I felt uncomfortable and intimated by certain mods and cecs. They only cared about the tjx credit card and money. I did not feel sense of belonging.
