What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership here in Williamsport are amazing. I love seeing my coworkers, I lucked out and everyone at my store are the best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just wish I made a bit more per hour, I'm a divorced single mother of four and would like not to rely on state benefits by getting a slightly higher pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and knows what to do, training was really easy with then. My managers and leads are very friendly and are extremely helpful and genuinely care about all of our and have a good fair balance of being friendly and strict when need be.
