The company culture is horrible. The managers are able to treat the employees with disrespect and disregard with no consequences
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They do not communicate well and they do not train efficiently
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You have to fix from the management neglectful training to the employees overall nasty attitudes to new hires
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think I was the nicest associate there I got so many customer compliments but it didn't translate to credit cards
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt the expectation was so high for the amount of work you have to do and the whole culture is horrible there wasn't 1 nice associate there
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have to be professional. I literally had a store manager yell at me my 3rd day without training that I am supposed to be getting credit cards. He continued to discuss me with CEC while I was cleaning my area after I worked a full shift in front of employees and customers how I needed to be coa
