Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. The management decides whenever they want to actually follow policies and when an employee actually gets in trouble. Always knew how your day would go depending on what side of the bed the management woke up today
