Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people liek they are humans. & to make sure when traing, it gets done fully & listening to employee concerns & doing yheir job in actually solving those problems instead iof resorting to immature, unethical, & unprofessional tactics to push people ouy of the work place.
