What is the best part about your compensation package?

I work under 40 hours/week so I don't get any benefits but I'm only 18 and making $10.28/hour so I think that's pretty sick

What makes you most happy at work?

My wonderful coworkers and coordinators that care so much about their jobs and always make me laugh and truly want the best for me

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Performance is incentivized - get a credit, get a candy bar. Get two credits, get a coupon to wear jeans for the day. Catch a shoplifter and get a gift card. Catch a dishonest associate and get $350

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It doesn't matter what the coordinators tell the managers because the overall store manager gets the final say on policy and how things get done - if she doesn't like an idea then it's squashed, regardless of what the rest of the store thinks

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My store manager is like an angry general barking orders without listening to the rest of the team, so stressed about looking good for the customers and not on the store working as a cohesive whole. The other managers are fantastic and attentive and care a lot
