Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. Helping customers find the perfect outfit for special occasions. I often feel satisfaction from organizing/creating beautiful endcaps
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed being interviewed with two other potential employees I stayed in contact with another co worker that got hired with me
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More quality products or better ways to take off damaged goods off the floor. I can understand certain products can still be used with small damage, but often employees keep expired makeup or completely broken home decors on clearance
