Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. Everything. They are very unorganized.

They need to learn how to speak the native language.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's international I guess. For whatever diversity is worth these days.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a broken place with terrible people in charge. A great analogue of the United States.
