Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. What did you like most about the interview process?
Simple to the point. And if your attractive you get the job pretty much on the spot with ease. They want attractive people to sell their products.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employee discount is the only thing that even makes the job worth it. That and there are always beautiful females to look at and keep me occupied on a boring shift
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most don’t care they are just there for a pay check. Some of them are very stuck up and act like they are better than everyone else even though the make the same amount of money under the
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not enough for all that is required of me. It feels like my skills could be better utilized. There is also no opportunity for advancement. I should be a fashion buyer not behind a cash register or stocking racks.
