Overall from my beginning to 10 years later ever thing has been great! I always say this is a great company to work for and to shop with but just recently at our store we have a new store manager and she is NOT a team player and does not care for her associates. She needs to be retrained.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All our management is good except for the new store manager. This person brings the whole store moral down

When everyone works together to get the customers rang up and out the door with a smile on their face
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our new manager needs to be taught to be a better team player. And work for and with her associates .
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was very specific about what the job was and asked if i was ready to be a team player and work for a fast moving company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being a full time team member has been great! The best part is all the vacation time we get for our years of service. Plus the dinners we go for for celebrating our years of service!
