Managers and supervisors and employees do not have no kind of communication level with each other

Management and supervisors and employees need to have communication with each other management and supervisor treat employees very bad and it seems TJ Maxx company don't care management is supervisor I doing things and getting away with it with the employees they treat their employees very bad
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've been working there for 3 weeks they treat me so bad they talk to me any kind of way they talk to me disrespectful they handback compliment they made me stand up for 9 hours in front of the in one spot greeting people and I have a disability three of them these are the things they need to stop
