What makes you most happy at work?

When the good manager is working.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Your coworkers are the best part of the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managers on all levels need to value their staff. Respect work-life boundaries.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Questions were straightforward. The interviewer didn't seem interested in throwing curve balls.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Supportive, friendly, fun, most are hard working (and the not hard working ones quit quickly anyway).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay needs to be better across the board. If quality staff is desired, they need to be compensated.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respect, communication, store level managers need to be on the same page and act as a team, not as 4-5 individual managers with separate goals.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Fewer hoops to jump through for entry level positions. Its a minimum wage sales floor position. Stop treating it like you're hiring a CEO
