I work ag the Tjmaxx located in Morgan Hill. I am a minor associate, and have been struggling with some of the managers/coworkers for a few weeks now. Some days I would come home with eyes full of tears, the lack of respect and kindness the team has for associates is extreamly innapropriate.

I liked that my manager gave me comfortable, short questions
What are some of the best things about your team?
My cowokers are sweet. Some of the departments im put in i really enjoy and they answer my schedule requests
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership team needs to have respect for one another. There is not a day i come into work feeling welcomed and respected. Every time i talk to some managers or CEC's is just another reminder that i should put in my two weeks. I want to feel respected and that me and my work matters.
