Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel fairly compensated. In my opinion, the question itself is not correctly phrased. Unfortunately, the company does not adequately consider employees' loyalty and the value of their experience. The opportunity to move into other positions is not available in every department.

They are huge discrepancies between salaries and benefits in different countries. In Italy, for example we are still waiting to have basic benefits for the country (provider by ALL EMPLOYERS in the state) like meal vouchers, which are also tax free for the company till 8 euro per day.
