    I would start by eliminating individuals that just take up space, ensure every employee is properly trained and implement the 3 struck rule. I would make sure all employees including leaders, managers are being monitored and not stealing time. I would start rewarding ALL employees not just managers for their hard work. Implement goal charts with prizes. It would be great to see all team members being appreciated. Showing more appreciation goes a long way. Have employee appreciation day. Team members now don't care because they are not trained properly and get no recognition so they give no effort.
