Everyone is cool. Pretty relaxed environment and a boss that will joke around with you

They let us work. They dont micromanage and answer the phone when I call with a question
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base pay for what i do should be 20k higher. Were really the only people who do it though so they can pay whatever they want.
