Its ok, the company usually provide a good work life balance but is not currently following the policy for floating holidays. If a holiday lands on a sat we are supposed to get a floating holiday but this year they are taking that away for my department and only giving us a extra 8 hours on out chec

Its was work life balance but with the floating holiday issue. Now the only advantage is it is a remote job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the scoring system for our metrics can be improved its not fair to have questions that the customer does not answer be held against you. Follow policy's as they are written and give clear reasons why they are not being followed
