The bank hires nice people. Most of us are naive and they take advantage of our kind natures
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
US Bank pays below market rate. They are laying people off and rehiring the same jobs at a far lower salary
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy - had 3 interviews and an offer a few days later. But now I know they are desperate to fill positions and it was not a compliment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of customer complaints, mainly about losing online banking access or charging fees that are supposed to be waived or taking away promised interest rates in savings accounts. Overpromising and under delivering.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership micromamages our calendars and demands we are in the office after taking away our offices and not allowing even a pen cup or photo of your children. Morale is at an all time low
