
We need to see a better balance of ethics being rewarded over unethical sales practices
the bank is sound and ethically led from the top as they ignore the bottoms lack of ethics at times and even laude it as it drives revenue and they feign ignorance
overworked to the point of exhaustion with no sign of improvement as being closed one day a week or getting extra staff to help for illness, vacations, or turnover does not seem to be coming
I manage an instore location of myself and three employees. Due to two employee requirement at all times and no staffing cushion I have had to work 34 days from open to close in a row 44 of 45...not an isolated event as i routinely have to work 10 to 20 days in a row doing hourly work on salary
