I know that US Bank puts it's employees first. I see it and I have been a recipient of the compensation. It makes me feel valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It makes you feel valued as an employee and it makes you feel that you are always doing what is best for the customer. It feels good to know that everyday we strive to do things ethically correct, it makes me proud of the company I work for
