Best Days = Customers/employees come in telling you how you have changed their lives complete. Good Days = every other day! Coworkers, what we do, opportunity for growth and personal development is amazing!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO hasn't been in his position long enough to really see a huge difference from the last. Overall I love the way the bank treats their Top performers. Their customer experience through gallup is not a true indicator of talent, skill, and value. Needs a new system that gives accurate data.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my overall contribution to developing and engaging my team goes unnoticed. I feel my Salary as a Manager is also lower than market standard. Every month we hear new news about rising rates = more money, or being top in industry so why are we cutting commission pay and promotions...
