
Richard Davis was awesome as CEO. Andy is trying to move and change too much and not necessarily in the right direction.
As a whole we need more experience as a team. Too many experienced people are leaving and USB is not doing anything to make them want to stay.
Our strategy and project management teams are not very competent and I have my doubts about our ability to implement on the drastic changes and pivots that leadership is putting in place.
B of A has better maternity/paternity benefits. Also, B of A's recent announcement regarding $1000 bonuses for employees was much more encompassing to employees than USB that limited it to employees below grade 13.
