What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We keep adding additional red tape. I understand we have to keep compliance to a high standard but we seem to go beyond the stars.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Now that they are paying entry level positions 15/hr with no experience and paying Managers with huge sales goals 25/hr with lower bonus structure they need to adjust the pay.
