What are some of the best things about your team?

Management team- feedback is usually constructive My branch team- learning to work together for the bank as a whole and what the company needs

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication to the lower level. We need to understand why the compensation is the way it is. Why our benefits are as terrible as they are.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better staffing, more compensation, better health benefits, more in person training, one on one mentoring for new managers, weekly checkpoints with district managers (1 on1 with each manager)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have worked at other companies with similar goals with better incentive pay, not only for managers but for bankers as well. As a salary manager I shouldn’t have to continually work 45/50 hrs and not get any over hours compensation. Being at an in store this happens frequently.
