Better staffing, more compensation, better health benefits, more in person training, one on one mentoring for new managers, weekly checkpoints with district managers (1 on1 with each manager)
I have worked at other companies with similar goals with better incentive pay, not only for managers but for bankers as well. As a salary manager I shouldn’t have to continually work 45/50 hrs and not get any over hours compensation. Being at an in store this happens frequently.
