
Middle management in all areas need to be revamped. Managers here are just not effective and they do very well when it comes to covering up their mistakes.
I am a top performer in my department and I was the only individual in my area to not receive a raise because they state “I already make more than most people over here”. I strive to do my best everyday and I expect to be compensated for it.
If you ask any employee that works at the bank, they will tell you that they fear for their job everyday because this company just lets people go for hardly no reason at all. Instead of placing employees in different areas, they give them a severance package. They then hire those employees back in.
