When I have been able to help business owner be more successful. Knowing I have helped them and the people that work for them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Education benefit. A large portion of my graduate degree is now being covered by the company. Also my manager is supportive of my goals. This is a first for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Business Banking Team in Arizona currently has the best managers I have worked with in my 20 years of banking. I am proud of our team and I look forward to my future with this team and how we will help the business community grow their companies and the families they support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are diversified with our experience and our current manager is the key to our success. I am grateful to have him as a manager. I am sure he will move up the ladder quickly, so our team will be accept the gift we have been given and grow while he is here to support us.
