Again taking tellers to 15 an hour and doing away with the referral system for them just gives them more time to do nothing it’s not fair at all
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Taking tellers to 15 an hour was a blow to us employees of over 20 years we didn’t get a raise like that. They make almost what I do as an assistant manager
