Cronyism runs rampant in this organization. The Branch Managers are overworked, under appreciated, and held accountable for their Commercial and Merchant Services Department’s failures. They also changed their Pinnacle Award into a participation trophy for non-scorecard employees which is total joke
Value your Branch Managers and hold other business lines accountable for their own performance. BBO’s and Client Managers continue to lose loan balances for our bank. It is time to hold them accountable or sell the portfolio and business line to another company. They are lazy and entitled.
