Lack of compassion and understanding , lots of unnecessary micromanaging just to prove leadership position .

Leaving emotions at home and just doing their job. Learning positive reinforcement to employees especially new ones.

Lack of compassion and training. Very little desire for upper management to manage, which can be defeating.

Being pleasant people to be around. We don’t have to be bestfriends but respect for one another goes along way.
