It has it's pros and cons. Overall, I would say that if you work hard - it's recognized.

Diversity. Type A personalities with, success in mind.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our team work together. If 1 is having an off-day, the others will assist. Taking turns with some of the more difficult tasks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was given a 40 min. interview. They took the time to know a little bit about my background and my own personal life experiences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You are treated with respect and dignity by management. They want you to succeed. It creates a win-win scenario. I feel that I'm "heard" by managers and that my needs and concerns are addressed. Good company.
