I was terrified when I first started here because the training was serious and overwhelmed me, however, I have been given ample time to continue my training and accomplish great things here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process felt more natural and like a real conversation instead of everyone reciting what each other wants to hear.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I started as a part-time employee and was still offered an excellent dental plan and 401K option. There is so much opportunity for growth at this company, especially if they see how much you care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company is VERY equal opportunity and non-discrimination. I was nervous about symptoms of my PTSD becoming obvious at times, but everyone is so understanding and genuine. Even the busiest, worst days here, are still exponentially better than my best days in the restaurant industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Coming from 11 years in the restaurant industry, working for US Bank has made me humble. Working with a smaller staff had really made me feel a unity and teamwork with my co-workers and my manager. Everyone has always been very supportive of the little accomplishments I have. It feels like home.
