What did you like most about the interview process?

They actually followed up in a timely manner.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They allow us to have a small plant on our cubicle's desk.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I can talk with my teammates when we're not being watched. It's great to know there are actual humans there.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

US Bank has done little to help customers during COVID. I had to send a man to collections over $300.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is not worth the stress and micromanagement experienced from the job. Likewise, the medical coverage was garbage compared to most other jobs my friends and family have.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring for the employees and not practicing micromanagement. Flexibility and adaptability are successful in a companies future, but if you can't provide that for your companies employees then this company doesn't have a future.
