Base salary and bonus, vacation if able to take the time off!

Team mates are supportive of one another and privately validate one another's concerns over how Procurement lacks leadership.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Some business lines are very appreciative of the work done to handle their procurement contracts. Especially when you correct previous errors and bad drafting.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Process for companies to be onboarded in procurement is lengthy and arduous. Needs significant streamlining which would necessitate a new database and cohesive internal efforts. Right now U.S. Bank has businesses fighting for control over their contracts - bank needs everyone to cooperate more.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Support your team when unrealistic and immediate demands are made by business units. Champion your team by communicating all the work the team performs. Realize that your high turn over is a time drain and costly. Communicate information to your team - up your game and support your workers.
