What are some of the best things about your team?Hard working and diverse group
What did you like most about the interview process?I like that they pick customers from different departments to be on the interview panel. That makes the voting process less tainted.
What makes you most happy at work?Interacting with my team! They come in with a smile and ready to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salary is not competitive. No extra bonus. No salary negotiation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do feel undervalued because I don't receive much praise from my manager. I help my team with projects, I complete evaluations and classes on time and I feel that with the additional effort that I put in I deserve to receive the max amount of a bonus, not less due to me using valid FMLA.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Knowing the average salary in my field (non-profit and corporate), it is disheartening to know that my salary is about 50% less.
